5 FOODS TO AVOID EATING (Must Read)

When it comes to maintaining a healthy diet it is important to avoid chemicals,food additives, and foods that will disrupt a normal blood sugar. These food can surely kill you in short time if you continue eating them. You will get some serious disease like cancer, heart problems etc with this kind of food content. Some of these “Bad foods” include the following:

1. Trans Fats:
Trans fats are fats that are included in many junk foods like cake, crackers and cookies. Trans fats are made from hydrogenated fats but cause more harm than good in the body when they are consumed. These fats clog arteries and raise levels of cholesterol. Consuming these fats is also related to dangerous conditions like heart disease.


2. Sugar Substitutes:
While it is not good to consume too much sugar it is also not smart to use certain sugar substitutes. Certain sugar substitutes like aspartame and sucralose are made by chemical processes and have been linked to possible cases of cancer, birth defects and brain tumors among other dangers.

3. Refined White Carbohydrates:

There are different types of carbohydrates including refined white carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates from whole grains. The carbohydrates to stay away from are the refined white carbohydrates found in bagels, pastas and breads. These refined white carbs provide a short blast of energy but are quickly converted into fat in the body. Complex carbohydrates are a better source of lasting energy and fiber. 

4. MSG:


MSG (Monosodium glutamate) is a cheap flavor enhancer that is added to many foods and can have serious side effects. MSG can be more dangerous than many drugs. It is a common additive in many foods and is hidden in nutrition labels. It is important to find out about where MSG is lurking in order to avoid it. MSG is a common additive in many manufactured foods so one sure fire way to stay away from MSG is to choose natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables to stay on the safe side.

5. Food Coloring:

Stay away from food coloring except for natural food coloring. Sometimes natural food coloring is safe like coloring derived from beets or purple carrots. The food coloring that is not all natural is very dangerous because they are made from chemical sources many of which are extremely toxic. Always check nutritional labels to check for the presence of food coloring and stay away from those that contain it. It puts extra stresses on the body to eliminate this foreign and chemical food coloring from the body and could cause problems for the health.
